What are the scarves made from?
Our proposed collection is made from 100% silk twill with a machine rolled hem. Choose either 53 × 53 cm or 90 × 90 cm on the product page.
How do I care for my scarf?
Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid soaking, bleach and tumble drying. Iron at low temperature on the reverse with a pressing cloth. Read the care notes for your chosen print.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses. All supported orders receive free standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit: an estimated total of 4–6 business days. Orders after 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00, on weekends or US federal holidays start handling on the next business day. Estimates are not guarantees.
What taxes are shown?
Checkout displays tax as $0. This is not a statement that the goods are legally tax-exempt.
Can I return a scarf?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, without stains or odours, with supplied tags retained. Contact us for authorisation.
Who pays for return shipping?
We pay for our error, damaged or defective items. You pay for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Account posting times may depend on the payment provider.
